Orientation
In September of 1997, members
of the Wolf House Memorial Foundation
approached Mr. Allen C. Benson, director of the library at Arkansas State
University Mountain Home, for technical advice on digital publication of
their book entitled, Historic Wolf House, The Family and the Times [Printed
by ABC Printing Co.,Inc., Mtn Home, Arkansas; May 13 1986]. In recognition
of the historical and regional significance of this project, Benson offered
his technical expertise, library facilities and staff. As project
coordinator, Susan Alexander designed, edited and the compiled the digital
work. Malinda Woods assisted in the initial stages. David Murphy
(ASUMH Tech. Systems Support) and Bob Ketchum (Cedar Crest Studio, Henderson,
Arkansas) provided technical consultation. Marilyn Bush assisted in copyright correspondence.
Through the timely and detailed support from
Bob Bounds, historian and curator of the Wolf House Museum, corrections
and additional information have been added to supplement the original book.
